Additional Announcements
The Men’s Fellowship group are planning a trip to the Ulster Transport Museum next Saturday 7th November, meeting at the church carpark at 10am. Cost is £11 (or £9 for senior citizens). If you would like to go, please give your name to Tom McNeilly or Sam Gibson.
We and our neighbours in Connor church have decided to alternate hosting the Tear Fund Quiz each November, with both congregations warmly invited to each others. So, this year Connor will host it, and next year the quiz will be in our building. This year it will be on Sat 21st November in Connor Church Hall at 7pm (doors open at 6:45pm). You can go along as a team, or just form one on arrival. Donations will be taken for the work of Tear Fund. Everyone welcome!
Any PW members who have mission boxes, or who would like to contribute to the PW special projects this year, please give your contributions to Jackie Campbell by 1st December. Special projects this year are ‘Transforming Lives for Good’ and ‘Bible Society Malawi’. Thank you.
Outside Announcements
Kells and Connor Improvement Association would like to invite all organisations, and the general public, to the Remembrance service at the Kells and Connor War Memorial on Sunday 8th Nov at 3pm. Organisations are invited to lay a wreath during the service. If you would like to do this, please let Susanne McNeilly know. (semcneilly@gmail.com) Wreath layers should arrive by 2:45pm.
