Welcome! Below are a few bits of information to help you connect with us for the first time and know what to expect from your visit. For information about travel please click HERE or simply ask one of the people who will shake your hand on arrival. We want you to feel at home as you join us for worship.

Service Times

Morning Service – 12 noon.

Evening Service – 6:30 fortnightly. Click here for details

What should I wear?

Most of our regulars choose to dress smart/casual, but please wear whatever you feel comfortable in!

What about my children?

Sunday Zone is before the service from 11 – 11:45, for all school age children.

There is a Creche in the Halls (see floor plan) during the service, for babies up to 3 year old.

Children from 4 year old to P7 stay with us in church for about 30 minutes at the start of the service, then they go out to Bubbles and Church Zone – we’ll make it really clear when this time has come. For further details about our children’s work, please click here.

Car Parking,

We have ample car parking, but you can also park across the road in the lay-by.

Where to sit

There are no reserved pews in the church. Just sit wherever you want or ask whoever greets you at the door to help you get to a pew that you are comfortable with.

Offering

A monetary offering is taken every service. We believe this is an offering and not a collection. Please give if you wish  – nobody will comment if you do not put anything into the plate.

Disabled Access

There is access for wheelchairs at the side of the church, click here for details.

Toilet

The closest one to the Meeting House is in the vestibule to the right as you enter through the main door. Click here to see more facilities.

Praise and Worship

In Kells we sing a variety of contemporary songs and traditional hymns. Our praise is led by our choir, praise group and organ.

Bible

Scripture readings are usually from the English Standard Version (ESV) of the Bible.
