Bible reading notes for the next quarter are available for collection from the coffee dock.
Please remember the short congregational meeting, after the service this morning, concerning our Foyer improvement project.
Our Harvest services are approaching, and, if you would like to donate, the following are ways you could do that:
-If you would like to provide tins and packets which can be used for decoration and afterwards donated to the foodbank, please leave these items in the entrance to the left of the vestibule. All fresh fruit and veg used in decorating will afterwards be given to the luncheon club.
-If you would like to give financially to help decorate the church, please put your donations in an envelope and put them in the offering plate, marked ‘Harvest decoration’. Please note that this is separate to the harvest offering which is given to a charity/mission organisation. (see below)
-If you made a wreath at the PW a few years ago, Linda would love you bring it in to be used to decorate a windowsill.
-The team will be decorating next Saturday afternoon at 2pm and will be glad of all who would like to be a part of this.
This year’s harvest offering will be split between Rory McKnight from Global Aid Network, Mission Aviation Fellowship, and Majed and Ann Tinawa. There should be an envelope in your Order of Service, and this offering will remain open throughout October if you wish to give.
The following lost property from the 25/26 session is looking for its owners. If you think any of it might be yours, please let Carolyn know. Anything left in a couple of weeks will be taken to a charity shop. The items are; a striped umbrella, an adult grey LANDSEND fleece top, size M, a cream ladies scarf with animal print, a lilac MOUNTAIN WAREHOUSE hoodie age 3-4, a child’s green NIKE hooded coat, no age, a navy NIKE T-shirt, age 10-12, a blue woolly hat, a grey GEORGE hoodie, age 13-14, a black PUMA watch

Child Evangelism Fellowship are holding a night of prayer and praise in our buildings on Saturday 17th October at 7pm, to mark the end of their Autumn week of prayer. All who are interested in the work of CEF are welcome to come along.
The Kells and Connor Improvement Association is having its AGM on Wednesday 14th October at 7:30pm in the Kells and Connor Community Centre. All are invited along to learn of what has been going on over the past year, meet the committee, and share ideas re future events and developments for the villages. Refreshments provided
