Inters and Craftsmen Cooking on a Budget…

For badge work our Inters and Craftsmen had great fun cooking a choice of menu options on a limited budget. They created delicious dishes such as nachos with cheese and sour cream, beef carbonara and waffleberry pudding. As well as improving their culinary skills, it showed them how to plan a menu and budget their costs. Everyone enjoyed the fruits of their labour …especially some of the leaders!

Beautiful Creation.

Naomi Dudgeon from Faith Mission gave all the PW ladies a fantastic evening on Tuesday 12th February. She demonstrated how to create a beautiful flower arrangement and while she worked, she told us about how Jesus can make our lives beautiful from the inside out. She entertained us with lots of funny stories and anecdotes whilst revealing how Jesus has guided her life and has impacted the lives of many others.

“Dodgy” Junos…

The junos have thoroughly enjoyed spending three weeks learning dodgeball from Aaron Murphy, a member of the Northern Ireland dodgeball team.

Juno Gardeners…

You know spring is just around the corner when, for badge work, the Junos have been busy decorating planters and sowing sweet pea which they kindly gave to some members of the congregation.

Prayer Cards

The Presbyterian Church has produced Prayer cards – one for each month of the year. Each card has a theme and four Prayer points for the month. The theme for February is Encouragement. If you would like your own set of the 12 cards for the year, let Carolyn know and she can get you a set. We hope you all enjoy using the Prayer points throughout the year.
